How it works

Scan the QR code on our mobile platform to get access, the system will validate the information to open the door. Consumers shop by choosing products from the shelf, each item is registered on the screen above the machine. Rich media and sound are triggered when customers collect products, offering many advertising and promotional opportunities. Consumers can ask Vicki questions about products by activating the AI. When the door closes the transaction is complete and customer receives their receipt by email. 

Step 1. Insert card or activate other payment method, i.e.: NFC, biometric.

Step 2. Door unlocks.

Step 3: Consumers shop by picking up products from the shelf

Step 4. Rich media & sound are triggered when customer picks up product, offering many advertising and promotional opportunities.

Step 5. Consumers can ask VICKI questions about products by activating the AI.

Step 6. Close door to complete transaction.

Step 7. Scan SQ code on screen to get receipt.
